
Do you allow dogs?
We absolutely welcome all dogs in our lounge area, veranda seating & all outside areas. Due to the open kitchen we unfortunately do not allow dogs in the restaurant seating area next to the kitchen, but do have some dog-friendly tables next to the lounge area. There are also two dog friendly rooms for staying guests, on the proviso they are behaved/house trained!
Can you cater for my dietary restrictions?
As the menu is a la carte there are meal options for many dietary restrictions including vegetarian & pescatarian. We can also cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegan, pregnancy restrictions, allergies & other aversions. However we do ask if possible that you let us know prior to your arrival so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Can we come just for a drink?
Absolutely! Be it a quick coffee in the bar area, a cocktail in our cosy lounge (complete with sofa’s & a log burner!) or a bottle of rosé at our pond side seating, all are welcome on a walk-in basis, however we always advise giving us a call prior to your arrival.
We also have delicious bar snack options, that can be enjoyed alongside a drink .
What time is check in & check out?
Guests can check in anytime between 15:00 – 18:00. If you would like to check in earlier or later, please let us know in advance.
Check out is at 11:00.
Can I walk to Nest Farmhouse?
Unfortunately you’re not able to walk from Docking to Farmhouse at the moment. Plans are in the pipeline for this next year.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes we do & can also provide highchairs.
Do I need to book a table in the restaurant separately when booking a room?
Yes you do. You can either do this here or you can email hello@nestfarmhouse.co.uk
Do you do Gift Cards?
Absolutely. These can be purchased here.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Do you do private parties?
We would love nothing more than to host your private party. Be it a birthday celebration, Christening, engagement party or even your wedding. Get in touch for more details at hello@nestfarmhouse.co.uk
Is there step free access?
Yes there is. We have step free access from the car park to the restaurant front door.
Please note that there is gravel in the carpark.

Is breakfast included in the room cost?
Yes it is. We offer a mix of hot & cold options, alongside a selection of tea’s & cafetiere’s Green Farm Coffee.
Can I use my Gift Card when booking a room?
Yes you can. However, this can’t be done directly on our website. Please email hello@nestfarmhouse.co.uk or call 07487 553 194 & we can assist you with your booking.
Is the restaurant open on Sunday evening for guests?
The restaurant is closed to the public, however we do offer the ‘Farmhouse Spread,’ to our room guests (included in the room cost). This includes a selection of British charcuterie, cheese, house bread & pickles.
You don’t need to book a table & can decide on the day, if you’d like this.
What is the cancellation policy for rooms?
We require 14 day’s notice for all room cancellations.
